关晓伟，医学博士，教授，博士研究生导师，现任南京中医药大学国际合作与交流处处长、国际教育学院院长，南京中医药大学人体解剖与组织胚胎学学科带头人，兼任中国解剖学会虚拟现实分会副主任委员、中医形态学分会委员、中国毒理学会药物依赖专业委员会委员、江苏省生物技术协会常务理事、江苏省解剖学会常务理事。先后入选江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学科带头人、 “六大人才高峰”高层次人才、“333人才工程”第二层次、高校“青蓝工程”优秀教学团队负责人。
承担《系统解剖学》、《局部解剖学》、《人体结构学》、《生物医药进展》等本科与研究生课程，主持江苏省教育教改课题2项，负责国家一流本科课程1门，主参编人民卫生出版社、中国中医药出版社和高等教育出版社等医药行业规划教材10余部。
从事神经科学与中医药防治脑病研究（Scopus H-index 19），主持国家自然科学基金6项，以最后通讯作者在Nature Communications、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Theranostics（3篇）、Journal of Neuroscience（4篇）、EMBO Reports、Translational Psychiatry、Glia、Cerebral Cortex等神经科学领域主流期刊发表系列研究论文50余篇，主参编神经科学论著3部。
