科学研究

研究方向

着重探究药物依赖和成瘾的神经生物学机制:(1)青少年毒品滥用对成年期精神行为的影响和中枢机制;(2)物质滥用的表观遗传学调控机制;(3)毒品成瘾的神经环路和关键分子靶点探索。

主持科研课题

1.国家自然科学基金面上项目 (2016.01-2019.12): 青春期可卡因滥用对成年时前额皮质内侧部锥体神经元功能的影响:GABA能突触传递的调控机制研究。

2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目(2014.01-2017.12): 腹侧海马区miR-134在药物线索诱发的可卡因复吸行为中的作用及其机制研究。

3. 国家自然科学基金青年基金 (2011.01-2013.12): 皮质纹状体神经通路CRF受体各亚型在应激诱发的可卡因复吸行为中的作用及其机制研究。
