科学研究

研究方向

研究方向为生物大分子结构与功能。利用结构生物学手段蛋白质晶体学以及冰冻电镜三维重构,研究执行重要功能的蛋白质大分子结构,从而阐述其工作机理,分子的突变对功能的影响,以及和疾病的相关机理。在博士后研究期间,解析了第一个哺乳动物呼吸链复合物I的冰冻电镜结构,结果发表在Nature杂志。
